The company started in 2005 with a group of close friends and small but passionate ideas. The first project was building a website for an hourly computer rental business, marking the first step in a long journey. By 2012, the company officially entered the media marketing field with a 15-person team and a digital strategy as the core focus.
In 2020, with nearly 100 employees, the company restructured into a “flat management” model, removing the old cumbersome system, and creating a flexible, humane working environment where there are no distinctions between “owners” and “workers.” The flat thinking model helps release individual potential, eliminating the concepts of “competition” and “rivals,” focusing solely on personal development every day.
