The company started in 2005 with a group of close friends and small but passionate ideas. Their first project was building a website for a company that rented computers by the hour, marking the beginning of a long journey. By 2012, the company officially entered the media marketing field with a team of 15 people and a digital strategy as its core focus.

In 2020, with nearly 100 employees, the company restructured according to a “flat management” model, eliminating the old cumbersome system and creating a flexible, humane, and non-discriminatory work environment. This flat mindset unleashes individual potential, thereby eliminating the concepts of “competition” and “rivalry,” allowing employees to focus solely on daily self-development.

The company firmly believes that the most important factor in development is not capital or technology, but “talented individuals.” They are committed to being partners with businesses, creating value not only economically but also in education, culture, and the community.
